Achieving the biodiesel standards of EN14214 and ASTM is essential if your biodiesel is to be sold for a premium price.  Central to this is the washing process.

PuraBIO is a continuous ion exchange resin based waterless biodiesel cleaning process that enables continuous cleaning of biodiesel at ambient temperature in one or more static tubes (mild heating of the biodiesel is recommended in colder weather conditions).

The process is continuous and the refreshing of PuraBIO resin can be calculated by our unique Ion-place(tm) technology.

PuraBIO tubes are made of stainless steel or pressure rated Kevlar.  Our tubes are calculated for the optimal resin bed height, resin expansion, flow rate and pressure drop.  Generic tubes just do not cut it.
